What is the difference between the Matte art print and the Ready to Hang Canvas?
The Matte art print is a smooth texture fine art paper and is unframed. Ready to Hang Canvas is canvas stretched over a 30mm wooden frame with a 3mm backing board mounted behind your print for extra strength and a premium finish. Ready to Hang Canvas is supplied with brass hangers and screws.
How best to look after your prints?
The Ready to Hang Canvas can be dusted or gently cleaned with a soft damp cloth on the front and sides. Avoid direct sunlight for long periods of time. Matte art prints should be carefully handled to avoid any creases with clean dry hands or gloves as to not leave marks. When framed behind glass, you're print will last a long time. Avoid direct sunlight.
How are the Art prints & Ready to Hang Canvasses packaged?
Both are packaged and handled with great love & care. Art prints are rolled up and packaged in a sturdy postal tube and covered in additional layer of protective bubble wrap.
Ready to Hang Canvas is packaged in cardboard and extra thick bubble wrap marked with a fragile sticker for shipping.
Where can you ship to?
Almost anywhere in South Africa to your door. If you're situated in a rural or farm area, please get in touch so we can arrange delivery options. For International orders please get in touch for a shipping quote.
How much is your delivery fee?
Delivery is free for orders of R550 or more, orders less than R550 is R99 courier to your door.
How long does until I receive my order?
Our normal delivery times are 3-5 workdays for Art prints and 5-7 working days for Ready to Hang Canvas. Slightly longer delivery times may be expected during seasonal holidays and Black Friday.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes, you'll receive your tracking number as soon as we get it.
What is your Return Policy?
If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please email cindy@cindypretorius.com and return in original, undamaged condition and packaging within 2 days of receiving your order for an exchange or full refund less the courier cost.
